Obesity & Nutrition
Obesity, which is often described using terms such as fat, stout or corpulent. Which treatment has often been overlooked as a regular component of medical management? Obesity is commonly caused by eating too much. If you intake high amounts of energy, particularly fat and sugars, but don't burn off the energy through exercise and physical activity, much of the surplus energy will be stored by the body as fat. Overweight and obesity cause or exacerbate a large number of health problems, both independently and in association with other diseases, and are among the most significant contributors to ill health.
